Mero App ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Mero App Hub mobile application (the "Service")

Users are advised to use the app appropriately. This app is developed for an educational purpose.

This app asks user's permission to show nearby stores and restaurants, however, doesn't collect the location data nor saves anywhere. The location is used locally only when using the "Explore" tab.

If you find anything that you think violates any sort of copyright or the things that may be deemed misuse, please feel free to reach out to us to remove from the app.

Content Usage

The app is supposed to be a platform for the users (mainly Nepali-speakers). So, the content presented in the application may include publicly collected data.

All the audio files you stream using the app are collected from various internet sources so that you, the users of this app, don't have to go online and go through different hurdles to find contents you may like. With the convenient and easy to use interfaces, you can access different curated contents that are made sure to be of your taste. Since we do not host any audio files, the owner of those audio files may allow or disallow at any times. We cannot be held responsible for the content shown on the app. As creators ourselves, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and we expect you to do the same. We will do our best to remove such infringed content from our app.

Copyright Policy

If you believe that your copyright-protected work was posted on this app, without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notice report. The notice report must include the following:

• Contact information: an email address, physical address or phone number so that we can contact you to work on removing the content from the app.
• Clearly describe your work that you believe has been infringed.
• The URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing work.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative of the copyright owner. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name (not that of a company) at the bottom of your notice report.
